R Bistro - Reserva de mesa

My husband and I attended a conference at the Diplomat hotel and happened to come across the R Bistro. We walked in on a Thursday night and it was karaoke night. We had so much fun listening to the entertainment. But the food was absolutely delicious . The lobster bisque was to die for. They didn't skimp on the real lobster pieces. The soup stayed hot for like 30 minutes. We loved the calamari and the beet salad. The cheese raviolis were so good. But our favorite was the escargot. The staff was so personable and friendly. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance and the food was delicious. The cocktails were exceptional. However, our server was unfriendly.
