surprising on this very transit road... and let's take advantage of the closing of the tunnel. excellent cuisine, refined. compliment to the chief. remarkably cooked fish, beautiful presentation, but or have passed the vegetables 3 heads of mini cabbage and 2 teaspoons of purée, excellent certainly but still in a formula at 22€... attention to poorly controlled derailing, professional service, unforgettable view. a nice view of the lake of aix the baths, a welcoming and listening staff, a simple and very good menu, a sublime dessert, calm, what more desire? the first price €22 for a dish, a dessert and a coffee is reasonable. Maybe a wish! A little more vegetables would have been welcome as they were delicious.
