Party of six here for breakfast the other day. Food was average except for the muffins which were stone cold. half frozen, really. Got a weird look from the waitress when asked if she could warm them up. Muffins are not made there, they are exactly the same packaged ones in the gas stations.Our table wasn't checked on enough although the place was not busy. Could have used more hot water for tea and coffee top-ups but our server was too busy chatting at the serving station with the other waitresses. We kept trying to catch her eye but to no avail. The servers also keep their own beverages on the serving station which they frequently drink from while pouring coffee, etc. This is kind of off-p...

Food isn't to bad but there are other places to go. Service is horrble tons of servers standing around chatting other than doing what they are paid to do. Time wasted waiting for both a server to take order and for food to come. Once the food hit the table the server never came back not ever to up sale us on more drinks which was needed but left us to fend for ourselves. There was a problem and when the question aroused to another server near by because our server was mia the response that was given was a "whatever answer" this place used to be the best now it shouldn't even rank. The owners definitely need to step in and make some changes. The island does have more restaurants choose wisely...

This is a lovely restaurant that is very clean and quaint with an amazing view. The service was very quick and the wait staff very pleasant and obliging . The serving of cod fish and chips was enough for two. The home cut wedges were addictive but the cod was perfectly cooked. The batter was light and crispy. The fish was delicately battered and juicy and fresh. The cole slaw was homemade and fresh. It had a hint of horseradish and was simply delishous . You gotta eat here.

I visited with friends during our vacation. I was told that the food here was good so I had to try it on our way out of the community. I was not disappointed as the food was delicious. I had the cod and my wife had a club house sandwich. I did request home made fries but they did not offer this and suggested the home made wedgies and it was a good choice. While enjoying the beauty of Twillinggate, we stopped in here for lunch. My husband and I both had fresh cod nuggets and their potato wedges and coleslaw. The meal was so fresh and delicious. The portions are large. It was definitely enjoyable

The food and the service were terrible and when we came to leave there was a queue of people trying to get in and some trying to pay but no-one seemed to be serving and so we had to wait. My husband returned to our B

Had the homemade turkey soup and Caesar salad (which had real bacon - thank you)! take out for supper. Both were very delicious. Loved the soup - still very hot when I got back to inn!

Given I'm in Twillingate in early May, the harbour is iced over and a blizzard is all the rage outside, this place is fabulous.
