Who is giving this restaurant five stars? Anyone who enjoys this food must have a different taste palate because, in my opinion, it is not good at all. I spent over $50 on two meat plates and wasted gas and 40 minutes of my life driving here. It seems like they don't believe in seasoning their food, and it's definitely not worth the price. Additionally, the fried pies are hardly sweet.
I ordered the two-meat plate with brisket and sausage, potato salad, and banana pudding as the sides. The sauce tasted like ketchup, the sausage was spoiled, and the banana pudding was also spoiled. Better than Dickey's BBQ. I was stopping in about once a week or once every other week. They remember what I like on my sandwich. Good portions, some would say more than needed, so you're getting your money's worth. Employees are always nice. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
The brisket and macaroni were amazing. I'm surprised this place doesn't have a five-star rating. The rest of the food was good as well. I just happened to be passing by, and the staff were very friendly.
I usually don't write reviews, but I must say that this barbecue was the worst I've ever had. I ended up tossing the plate and leaving without finishing it.
