Booked afternoon tea for R’Dad’s Birthday today, started with carrot sticks and hummus, followed by a cake stand full of sandwiches, then scones, cakes, cheesecake and a lovely large cup of fresh fruit arrived. I left with two very full and well looked after parents. The team couldn’t do enough and were very friendly, I would recommend it to anyone, very reasonably priced too. Thank you r’teapot, we will be back soon x
This is a fantastic small restaurant. I always have a hard time choosing from the menu because everything is so good. Even though it can get crowded, I was disappointed to learn that they no longer accept reservations for afternoon tea on certain days, but I understand. It's worth following them on Facebook because they occasionally host special events in the evening.
Today my friend and I went for lunch. We both had toasted cheese sandwiches. They have an outdoor area where you can sit out and eat. They have a small but varied menu. But nice for breakfast or lunch. Very clean place. Go enjoy. Me

Fab little place lovely atmosphere friendly staff freak shakes are a real treat : with lovely craft items for sale child friendly with colouring books ,and tables outside for dog owners
Lovely friendly cafe with a homely feel. warm, different areas to sit in either on tables in the middle of the chatting customers or at the back on a couch cosy
I often pop in for a takeaway coffee but today I stayed in for food. I had the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and it was delicious! Highly recommended.
