This place wouldn't be termed a restaurant, but more of a middle eastern dessert bar. They have mountains of the best baklava I've ever tasted and I've tasted a lot! Forget the substandard restaurant versions, because at Rabieh that's what they specialise in, and they do it SO well! The variety of baklava is extensive, but they also have some halva (like ricotta filled pastries that dreams are made of! The best baklava in New South Wales! We have been loyal customers for 14 years and have never been let down. The sweetness is just right, not too strong or overpowering. The baklava has a perfect crispness to it. Our love for them has even led us to share them with friends and family in South Africa, the Philippines, and the USA. The service is friendly, with a cheerful uncle who always puts a smile on your face.
These are the best cakes I've ever had in my 29 years of life! I'm not usually a cake person, but these cakes are incredible. Their znood is also so delicious and melts in your mouth—it's incredibly fresh. I haven't tried anything else yet, but I highly recommend this place!
The atmosphere of the restaurant is simple, which I appreciate. However, the quality of the desserts can be inconsistent; they are only really great when they are fresh. The service could also use some improvement. On a positive note, there is available parking.

Consistently excellent quality and service. The mini cakes and 'Zanood Al Set' are a delicious indulgence that keep you coming back for more. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Visited with a group tour (Maeve O'Mara's gourmet safari). I was in heaven. I bought kanefeh to take away. It was delicious.
