*Beware McKinley Pkwy Location* been going here for couple of years they have been ripping me off and probably everyone else the whole time. I always get chicken souvlaki wrap steak souvlaki wrap always charge $35.78 w/taxes. Recently went to the Walden location charged me $29.34 said very cheap compared to McKinley location. I looked at the receipt which never have gotten a receipt from the McKinley location. It showed $12.99 for chicken $13.99 for steak taxes $29.34). So I looked at the online pricing it showed the same thing $12.99 $13.99 for both locations. Just today 4/8/24 I went to the McKinley location and ordered the same thing they quoted me $35.78 I questioned the cashier how come...

First time, staff was quite rude when asking questions and rushing us though the order. Food ended up being pretty decent after the negative counter experience. Would try a different location in the future.

Food was good as always…but all of the staff was extreme rude and unwelcoming. This was very upsetting to me because I always see Rachel’s as my comfort food. Guess I’m finding a new place.

My son and I love coming here. He loves the shwarma. I love the falafel. We both love the pita chips and dill dip!
