We had the extreme pleasure of discovering and tasting the extraordinary dishes offered by Mr. Tanaka. As it was our first visit, we chose the menu. dinner in (small) family on a Saturday night. I chose this restaurant thanks to trip advisor who places it n°1 to reims. we had chosen menu No. 2 (suki). Very sharp presentation of the dishes. pde high quality (y/c herbs coming from the private garden!). wedding of amazing tastes (in the right sense of the term). cooking millimetre. It is very good with a correct price for this level of kitchen. A moment out of time, thank you! Sleek, pleasant frame. Unreproachable service. We savored every moment, each plate is prepared with delicateness and almost surgical precision. A PARFAITE cooking, flavors that rise crescendo...the association of perfumes is amazing, sought after, precise. The young sommelier was able to advise us perfectly according to our tastes and variety of dishes. There is no fault, an unforgettable culinary and taste experience.

Very good cuisine, the 2 stars are totally deserved! Very nice place to spend a night there. Only small flat the service we were disappointed with the service.. for a 2-star ask to have red with the meat we had taken a bottle of white finished at the time of the arrival of the meat and wait for more than 10min with the plate in front either and an empty glass that is medium in the end we had to eat and had after our glass. Very disappointed with that

We've seen the chef's kitchen flourish for a few years now. First a star, then a second, amply deserved. It is always a pleasure to discover the new maps of the leader.
