beautiful atmosphere. the vegetarian combination lunch options are all available with dairy. but they have a whole page of the menu for vegetarians. the dal is vegan and they can make many of the dishes vegan by not using cream as an example. but they would not replace it, so that the result would of course be different. maybe less delicious or a little dry. the waiter knows very well what veganism is, so he will give good advice. they offered me to use oil instead of butter to soften my roti.
