TLDR: Die Pizza schmeckt bestenfalls mittelmäßig und wir mussten Samstag Abend trotz Reservierung 20 min auf einen Tisch warten. Das Restaurant hat einen viel zu hohen Gästedurchsatz. Das bedeutet, dass Tische überfüllt werden, die Serviceinteraktionen nur sporadisch und häufig hektisch ablaufen und die Gerichte schnell abgefertigt wirken. Nach meinem Empfinden werden hier Quantität und Geld über Qualität und Genuss gestellt. I'm amazed at the many 3-4 star reviews. We ate here today and absolutely loved it. We are four adults and three children (5, 2 and 0.5 years old). The restaurant is very child-friendly. There is something to paint, high chairs, a changing table and a children's toilet as well as a special menu with food for the little ones. The service was very quick, professional and friendly. We had reserved and were seated immediately. Then the menus came straight away and the drink orders were taken. The food orders were also taken quickly and the food arrived within 10 minutes. Ich hatte einen Monat vorher, einen Tisch für einen runden Geburtstag reserviert. Dort angekommen hieß es, dass es keine Reservierung gäbe ob ich eine Bestätigung per Email vorweisen kann. Ich erzählte, dass ich den Tisch per Telefon reserviert habe, daraufhin hieß es, das würde nur online gehen. Sehr, sehr unglücklich gelaufen, zum Glück durften wir uns dann doch noch an einen Tisch setzen, allerdings mit zeitlicher Begrenzung für 8 Personen viel zu eng. Für einen Geburtstag die absolute Katastrophe! Service war auch so lala, es wurde in 2 Stunden, grade mal 2 mal nach Wünschen gefragt. Die Pizza war lecker, aber leider lauwarm, fast schon kalt.
It's a shame, it actually has everything you need for a really good Neapolitan, but unfortunately the pizza is only middle class in terms of taste and unfortunately way too expensive. I'm happy to pay more for the right ingredients like fior di latte, San Marzano tomatoes and real Nduja from Sicily, but how a restaurant doesn't get that tasty on the table is incomprehensible to me. In addition, the edge didn't rise properly and looked/tasted unfinished. If a premium price is quoted (Pizza Nduja €18.30) then please also deliver premium taste. For the money, there is a much better AVPN alternative in Osnabrück.

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen dort Essen und fanden die Erfahrung unterirdisch. Die Pizza selbst war nicht schlecht, aber das Personal extrem unfreundlich und unwillig, von der ersten Sekunde an. Der Gipfel waren am Ende 4€, die für Chiliöl auf der Rechnung standen, obwohl das in der Karte explizit für 0€ aufgeführt ist. Auf meine Beschwerde hieß es, das sei ein Druckfehler in der Karte. Erst als ich etwas massiver geworden bin haben die die 4€ storniert. Das ist Abzocke die fast an Betrug grenzt NIE WIEDER!
When I asked the waitress about vegan options, she told me that she would be vegan and extra sweet to supplement and vegan dives as well. I was very happy about it because I didn't know they were vegan friendly! strangely, the vegan options are like the cheese, the extra vegetables and the dips are not listed in the menu. the marinara pizza with vegan add-ons was very delicious and I would eat it completely again.
In jedem McDonalds hat man mehr Platz zum sitzen und in jeder Bahnhofshalle ist es ruhiger. Der Empfang war unfreundlich. Essen gut, aber durch die Ungemütlichkeit nur am Rande relevant, wenn man beim Pizzaschneiden (fast) die Menschen am Nachbartisch anstösst. Und eine riesige Barristamaschine ergibt auch nur Sinn, wenn sie richtig bedient wird. Der Espresso war unterirdisch.

the pizza is amazing some of the best I ever had. they have two or three vegan options and some vegan appetizers as well!
