A most enjoyable stay. Food was good. Room was nice and comfy. Consider getting the en suite room. Offering constructive criticism, the shower curtains could be longer so water doesn’t splash on the floor. Location was great for us cause it was close to our friends. But it isn’t in town fyi. Ledbury down the road was a great place to visit and walk around. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

very comfortable room,complete with 2 comfy chairs in the seating area. very comfy bed and the room was a good size with good layout. Good toiletries, with plenty of toilet paper for a change. Great location for the 3 counties showground. Very friendly and helpful staff, and good pub grub. Perfect for our one night stay for the Malvern Show. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Pretty shocking food and service. 1 person working in the kitchen, 1hr+ wait for food and a lack of apology to follow. It’s a shame as it’s well located and decorated. One to blacklist.
