The food is fantastic! But it 's overshadowed by the terrible service. I feel sorry for Raimo 's because whoever decided to have their one and only server a gentleman who acts like he 's doing YOU a favor by being there, was a big mistake. My family went for chicken night (Tuesdays) which entitles customers to salad, pasta, chicken dish, dessert and coffee for $21.95. Directly, we informed the waiter, We 're here for chicken. He proceeded to ignore this and recited all the specials barely making eye contact or acknowledging the fact that we knew exactly what we wanted. The service was very bland no sense of welcoming as my family and I ordered or paid. Instantly got sick off the specialty pizza the next day. My girlfriend and I woke up in the middle of the night after eating the specialty pizzas to throw up the pizza that we ate and cannot even retain the water we drink to stay hydrated. Definitely do not recommend to anyone just based on the quality of food and service.

We’ve met the owner, and he is magnificent. The food is delicious too. However, the people at the counter, and the people who answer the phone, need some serious customer service training. The only reason I come back to eat at this restaurant is because of the food. The workers are really rude and unpleasant.

Almost 2 hours for a delivery for 2 people. Food is good but stay away if you are hungry and cannot pick up your food.
