The food is fantastic! But it 's overshadowed by the terrible service. I feel sorry for Raimo 's because whoever decided to have their one and only server a gentleman who acts like he 's doing YOU a favor by being there, was a big mistake. My family went for chicken night (Tuesdays) which entitles customers to salad, pasta, chicken dish, dessert and coffee for $21.95. Directly, we informed the waiter, We 're here for chicken. He proceeded to ignore this and recited all the specials barely making eye contact or acknowledging the fact that we knew exactly what we wanted. Almost 2 hours for a delivery for 2 people. Food is good but stay away if you are hungry and cannot pick up your food.
