My name is Nick Coffman, and I can confidently say that Rainbow Sushi is the best sushi spot in Lincroft and my top choice for takeout in the area. Whenever I visit my parents nearby, I always make sure to stop by for sushi or udon noodles on my way home. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is always friendly when I pick up my order. I highly recommend Rainbow Sushi over any other local sushi restaurant. 10/10.
The food was disappointing. The beef negimaki tasted like beef and vegetables soaked in salty water, and the kani salad was stale. However, the delivery person was very friendly.
Rainbow Sushi is a cozy and charming restaurant that features incredibly unique flavor combinations on their menu. The Snow Mountain roll stood out as especially fantastic!
