So originally we learned about Rainforest Cafe’s in Canada/buffalo. It was so good we continued to go again during our vacation! So when we planned for Disney with a group who has never been, I bragged about us going! Again it never fails! The food was amazing! Donavan was our server and again his customer service was amazing! Not only did he great us with a smile but he accommodated us all, no matter what we asked for! He was professional, clean, very good looking, and prompt! Came to this location to eat and everything about the dinner was excellent. Very short wait with reservation, food served quickly and our server was very attentive. Elizabeth was our server and she always made sure our drinks were filled and that we were enjoying our food.
My family and I had a wonderful time enjoying our meal at the Disney Springs location. Our server, Abby, was exceptional—she was incredibly polite and had a great sense of humor! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
If you ever get the privilege of being served by Mike at the bar he is AMAZING. Great energy and personality and has a great customer service ethic.
