For the last 20 years that know of, my family has been coming to Foxwoods at least weekly from Boston but since the closing of the buffet we haven’t been back because of that. We have spent an exuberant amount of money here for the past two decades and when the buffet comes back so will we. It sucks there has been no communication and a run around as to why it’s closed or if/when it will be open again. It was amazing and I still say it had some of the best food I’ve ever had but since it closed it really makes me not want to go spend money there or stay overnight like we used to.
I'm quite disappointed that there hasn't been any communication regarding when the restaurant will reopen, or if it even will. Every answer I’ve seen seems to avoid the issue. We understand there are other dining options available; everyone is aware of that. This lack of clarity is preventing many people, including myself, from returning.
Still closed and simply no communication why. If you will never reopen simply day so. If you will communicate when. If I simply wanted to enjoy the casino there are closer options. The buffet was always the draw for me.
So many options. Definitely worth it if your trying to eat more than usual.. if your not hungry hungry then it's expensive to just eat one plate but if your going to go ham then it's worth it

One of the main attractions of Foxwoods is the buffet. For me, if there’s no buffet, there’s really no reason to visit.
Visited Foxwoods in August 2022. The buffet is closed and walled off. Online said it may open March 2023.
Buffet did not look appetizing. Ordered from the menu instead, the food was fresh delish
