They normally serve hot and fresh fries bread and chicken. Tonight was super cold. I should have taken it back in and request a remake but I was super hungry and just dealt with it. Earlier on I did see them super cleaning the place with things being moved around a bit. But that still doesn’t mean serve cold food. So I had to write this review in hopes that this is not a continuance because I come here a lot but I won’t if management is not supervising the night shift. Also A red flag that night was the orange soda was flat. Mgmt Please get it together!!10/09/23
Skip this place. Came here the other day in the evening and it didn 't seem too busy. Threw away $30. Ordered a chicken sandwich, chicken fingers and 2 kids meals along with asking for hot sauce at the drive thru. Pulled out of the drive thru and parked in their parking lot. Everything was hot, but soggy and super oily. Fries were pale and limp.They also forgot the hot sauce and the kids meal didn 't have come with a treat for the kids.So disappointed.
Once again I came back to Raising Cane's and the box combo should not cost more that $7. You're paying so much for so little food it just feels absurd. My college campus use to have a chicken tenders spot and they were more worth it and had more quality taste than any raising canes visit.
The fried chicken is overrated—it's decent, but nothing extraordinary. There's a place called Chick right next door that might be better. The chicken was golden and crispy, but I do think the price is a bit steep for what you receive. The garlic bread is definitely the highlight.

I don’t know how they do it, the worlds most simple menu. They are focused and make a good product and rinse and repeat! Service was fantastic, their tenders are good but pricy for such simplicity. I do enjoy it though and keep up the great work!
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding—definitely some of the best customer service I've received at any Cane's. The food was delicious, and the decor of the place was lovely as well.
Best Chicken Combo Around The service is great the food is good the price is fair the environment is nice lots of parking and plenty of room it's the biggest and nicest canes around it's also my favorite one

Their chicken fingers got smaller. Look at the size of them. And a slice of toast was super soggy. All the staffs were nice and kind but food was super frustrating..
Raising canes is always amazing and goodLiterally might not even be hungry but if I drive by one I can always stop for 3 pieceGreat food and great choices
