I've always enjoyed Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, but this time was a disappointment. Their menu is straightforward—just chicken fingers—but it seems the fry cook missed the mark. The food tasted off; the fries were bland and seemed fried in old oil, while the chicken tenders were tough and overcooked. At least the bread was fine. On top of that, I waited about 20 minutes for this underwhelming meal. If they're struggling this much right after opening, more negative reviews might follow. The staff seemed to agree, arriving with Chick-fil-A bags—at least that place consistently delivers quality.
Usually, my order is correct, but today was really frustrating. I ordered a box combo without coleslaw and with extra toast. Keep in mind, I live 25 minutes away from Raising Cane’s, so that’s a 50-minute round trip. When I got home, there were only four strips in the box, and my order hadn’t even been entered properly. It’s disappointing, especially since I spent $20. I recommend confirming orders by repeating them back to avoid mistakes. Thank you.
I am so glad they worked out the kinks because when I first came here the chicken strips were horrible and the fries were so bland like tasteless. I gave it another try yesterday. The food was superb, the chicken strips were not jumbo and tasteless andthe fries and bread was good. I will definitely come again and recommend this restaurant to anyone! Once I settled in at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, I found the experience to be quite enjoyable. Although they faced some initial challenges, the staff remained friendly, and the menu offered fresh, tasty options. While I've had meals that were better, I believe Raising Cane's definitely deserves a solid 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We love this place! We eat here often, but usually just go through the drive through. They're always super fast. Last visit I had to park and run in and use the restroom. I was amazed at how great it looks inside and it was very nice and clean!
The price for the food you don't get your money worth small tenders that should be in a kids meal and very skimpy on the fries for almost $11
Food is always fresh hot...one would think they make your food to order! Top of the Fast Food Chain For Sure
