Rakkii Ramen - Reserva de mesa

Pretty disappointing.... we ordered grilled chicken with our Ramen and it came with fried chicken. When the waitress checked with the chef, they said that they ran out of grilled chicken. Why wouldn't they tell us that?!! The food was awful!!!!! Hardly any broth and the gyoza was greasy. I don't get these positive reviews!!! My teenage boys hated it and they eat anything!! Totally overpriced! Never again!

So this is my family's favorite ramen spot. We've always had a good experience and food. Unfortunately today we showed up close to the last seating time at the Smithtown location which is 8:30pm. We were denied service because we were told that it was 8:32 and the kitchen was closed. I understand completely that last seating is at 8:30 but it was disappointing to be treated that way over 2 minutes.

The ramen at this restaurant consistently has a delicious flavor, with a flavorful broth. I particularly enjoy their refreshing peach green tea. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is delightful. Recently, I tried their miso soup and found the pork slices to be too thick for my preference.

We loved the robot at Rakkii that brought our food to the table! The lollipop shrimp and noodle-wrapped shrimp starters were delicious. The bao buns were just okay. The Seafood Ramen was flavorful, and the wider noodles were a unique touch. Reserva una mesa ahora

I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and the plating at this restaurant. However, I was a bit disappointed that the Ramen noodles were dry and lackluster, though the miso base was quite delicious.

Best ramen on Long Island!! The pork ramen was my favorite! The robot that drives around and delivers the food was pretty awesome!PS try the edamame it’s out of this world!
