Raku rice & noodle bar

This restaurant serves delicious, authentic Japanese food. I ordered the miso ramen and my husband got the deluxe ramen, both of which had a rich and flavorful broth. The izakaya starter dishes were also quite good - we tried the oyster bombers and potato and corn croquette. The Japanese-style parfaits were a delightful way to end the meal. The service was excellent, with the staff being welcoming, accommodating, and quick. Raku is definitely a strong contender for satisfying my cravings for Japanese cuisine in between trips to Japan.

Nice apps, ramen and Friendly staff!When I was dining in, I saw one lady coming in the restaurant after the last call and having to leave as it was too late. The server was super kind, she followed her out to share what other restaurants are open, how late they are open till and where they are.One con is that it takes a while to get food even when it’s not busy.

Absolutely loved the Dragon Ramen. If you’re someone with a high spice tolerance, I guarantee you will enjoy the Dragon ramen. Service was top notch as well. One thing I wasn’t too happy with was the portion size of the assorted tempura. For $10.50, I expected more than 6 pieces. Overall, would love to visit again next time I’m in Vernon.

I got the Deluxe Ramen and added the dragon spice. It was FANTASTIC. Highly, highly recommend if you like spicy food. My mom got the Super Ramen and while it was very tasty it was incredibly salty. That would be my only complaint. We definitely will go back but I think I would order the broth with 1/4 of the salt if possible next time! Reserva una mesa ahora

You would be hard-pressed to find a better bowl of ramen elsewhere. The staff greeted us promptly and provided excellent service, with our food arriving in no time at all. The Sapporo beer was also exceptional.

Service was good but the food wasn't very good. We both got the garlic Ramen and it tasted cheap and left a weird after taste in our mouths. And we've had lots of Ramen

Might have caught them on an off day as other reviews seem really good. The food was ok, but the sushi I don’t think is a go to on the menu.

The hot broth and noodles on a cold day were absolutely delicious.
