I mistakenly told my friends and colleagues to order online delivery from Raleys as my family had been loyal customers for decades. I ordered online delivery for groceries from Raleys. I received $22 of inedible food for a $80 food order. The Raleys rep said she must have mistakenly taken the food from the wrong expired food cart that was meant to be discarded. I think she did it on purpose because the rotten black grapes were placed in a additional plastic bag. The okay red grapes that I ordered were in original packaging. I stopped in here for the first time yesterday morning about 730, prior to getting to work. Just to use the ATM machine inside. I assumed I would be looking for the actual branch on site, but after wondering the store for a view min a came across a flier machine. Mind you when I walked in the door, a younger girl working the morning shift gave me eye contact, but no good morning or welcome in. So continue walking. Just as I spotted the machine there was another woman associate working by their customer service station , once again I was noticed of being in the location, but not acknowledged. I went into the deli department today at 10:45 am to try and get a sandwich I stand in line the women on the other side of the deli was on her phone for what seemed like 2 minutes while I just stood there she knew I was there but was just being rude she looks up and says we 're closed then looks back at her phone I ask her what time will you open ? She says in about 30 to 40 minutes I don 't know then looks back at her phone I ask her even for the sandwiches ? She doesn 't even look up at me she has her eyes on her phone and nodes her head . The store is very clean, and the shelves are well-stocked. Raley's is one of my favorite places to shop because I can always find great deals and discover new products. I visited looking for crystallized lemon and lime, but I ended up leaving with a few other items I hadn't planned on purchasing. Unfortunately, the items I originally came for were out of stock. Raley's in Suisun has finally completed its renovations, and I am thrilled to share that this grocery store chain is truly exceptional! I enjoy shopping here because the atmosphere is always inviting. They offer a fantastic selection of freshly picked produce, and their staff consistently delivers world-class customer service. -CJ Macintosh

I would like to update my review. I recently visited this location again, and I'm pleased to report they now have new shopping carts! They are quiet, roll smoothly around the store, and make for a better shopping experience. While I still wish they offered handheld baskets, I'm just glad to see that they have carts available again.

I am very disappointed. the clerk on register 3 or 4 Looks like a Spanish lady. Me and my wife shop there a lot.She was very rude to us and use the F word. I did not snatch the receipt. She gave us dirty looks and she did not even give us our groceries after we paid.

They make the best sandwiches!! Katie was awesome this morning. We are going to the mountains and stopped to get sandwiches to go and Katie was on a roll. 4 sandwiches in a short time and wonderful personality to boot. Great start to a day trip! Reserva una mesa ahora

I had to make a return and the store manager Mark was very friendly, and kind. I have lived here for 11 years and have always had a good experience shopping here. I had an issue with a food product and they let me do an exchange with no issues.

Employees seem to think they are doing us a favor by showing up to work! You ask for help and are told we are short staffed! Least at Walmart your treated rude but prices are a lot lower!!! Customer service is gone.
