Rallis Burger Grill

I'm quite disappointed with the service I've been experiencing lately. I've been a regular customer because I appreciate how kind the owner is, but recently, I've felt rushed when placing my orders. They often hang up without even saying goodbye. When I ask questions, the staff seems annoyed. Additionally, if the restaurant is supposed to be open until 8 PM, they should be accepting orders until that time—just like every other restaurant. When I called tonight at 7:45, they answered but then hung up and left the phone off the hook. Overall, this has been a really poor experience. Service rating: 1.

The chef came out to talk to everyone to find out if everything was alright. As many times that we've eaten there we have never had a bad experiense. Order breakfast for take food is good but I would recommend puttin eggs in a separate container or not on top of other food as they keep cooking and your eggs are over hard Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30

The staff here is extremely friendly, and the food is quite good. I dined in for dinner, and my meal cost around CA$20–30. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4. Overall, a pleasant experience!

The poutine here is fantastic, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. I would be delighted to work here if I were in the food industry. Overall, I rate it 5 for service and 5 for atmosphere!

Beware if you're considering takeout! I paid $6.95 for onion rings and only received about 12 for that price. At $0.65 each, it doesn't add up! I won't be returning.
