First of all the customer service is awful, and the employees are just as bad. I’ve heard stories of how they drop the food on the ground and pick it up and still give it to the customers, I wish I could give zero stars. The food is cold, and I’ve received buns with dirt on it. And the management treats their employees like dirt. And most of the employees are young kids anyways, petty staff and petty managers and petty service.

I don’t understand why this location issues coupons when their coupon machine is constantly broken. It’s incredibly frustrating and it’s costing them business. As an update, we visited this place for dinner tonight. The staff was quite rude, and to make matters worse, when we ordered cheeseburgers, they didn’t have any cheese on them at all. All four of our burgers were served without cheese.

No matter which Pine Blood Rallyes location you visit, the staff is always attentive and prompt with your orders. Their burgers and fry deals are quite good too. The staff is friendly, and given the amount of traffic they handle, they are impressively quick; you can easily get in and out. While I've only used the drive-thru, I’ve always had a pleasant experience.

This is the best fast food place in Pine Bluff. The drive-thru can be a bit slow, but the wait is definitely worth it. The staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Keep up the great work, and thank you!
