I can't shake the feeling that when this place suggests I reach out through their website for assistance, it's just a ploy to make themselves seem better to potential customers. The reason I think this? I already tried that and received no response! It's really frustrating. Additionally, why do they claim to offer Diet Coke when this location hasn’t had it in years? Coke Zero is not the same thing as Diet Coke. It’s misleading to tell customers you carry a soda that you don't actually have. Coke Zero is simply not a good substitute.
I had a 5 out of 5 experience! The parking is a bit limited, and the space could use more tables and seating to accommodate larger groups. It would also be great to have a little more time to enjoy a meal with good company. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff had a positive attitude, which really contributed to the experience.
I heard so much good things about this place all i can say its just disappointing!!! I went yesterday the food was cold the fries stale tasted like if they where sitting there for a while . I asked for ranch and ketchup several times and didn't getany. The employee at the drive thru window was very rude. Will rate this a 1 star
I my orders were horrible each one . The chicken strips looked like they were made last week!!!!!!!!! And the BBQ bacon was with crumbled up bacon . And the FRIES I love there fries but not these they were made when the strips were made never will go backhere ????

The drive-thru ordering experience was very poor. Absolute zero on customer service. I had a difficult time ordering a combo meal and plain burger. Employees did nothing to make sure the order was taken correctly. The food was good though.
Very slow! No one else in line and I still waited forever! BOTH orders completely wrong even after having to repeat them multiple times. Fake robot menu never works correctly! Not going back!
I really liked the mozzarella sticks, the price is very considerable, the flavor is almost like that of Florida
Food wasn't bad but nothing specail either Drive Thru is super wierd it's a computer taking ur order
