Rally's - Reserva de mesa

Burgers were cold and fries were a bit hard like they had refried them. They weren't crispy and fresh. Their fries are good when done right. Always go back once in a great while to see if burgers can be served hot also really go for the fries but I always get disappointed. This was my first time going back to eat there this year and they served us cold burgers yet again. Even my family was so disappointed. A waste of money for a family of 4. Please can someone tell me why they always serve cold burgers?

This restaurant is truly incredible! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is outstanding! We sampled a variety of dishes from the menu, including the Rally Burger, loaded fries, chicken sandwich, and boneless wings. Everything was fresh and made to order, and the flavors worked together perfectly. We just returned from our trip, and I really wish we could replace some burgers in Tucson with these! If I could, I would travel to each location!

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The staff is young and polite, and the food is exceptional! We sampled a variety of items from the menu, including the Rally Burger, loaded fries, chicken sandwich, and boneless wings, and everything was made fresh to order with perfectly balanced flavors. Having just returned from our travels, I can't help but wish we could swap out a few burger spots in Tucson for three of these! I would gladly visit them all.

I was asked to wait for a minute, but after the wait, the staff member asked if I had already placed my order, which confused me. There were also communication problems with the speaker, unless the person was just being deliberately unclear. To top it off, I didn't receive any condiments; I've never had to ask for them before and usually at least get ketchup. I'm over this place. It's the small details that really matter. The best, crunchiest CHIGUSSY wings I've ever had! Each bite was packed with flavor. The strawberry soda was divine; it felt like they had just picked the strawberries from the vineyard and added them straight to my drink. I could just imagine the Lord smiling down on this deliciousness!

Ashley was fantastic at the counter yesterday. We had some uncertainty with our order, and she was incredibly patient. She happily accepted our reward details and informed us about our available coupons. Very friendly and outstanding customer service! Five stars!

I asked for boneless extra wet and they gave them to me extra extra wet, and with the Hot buffalo sauce not the medium.. It was a little hot surprise but I loved it. May be it was on purpose to f. With me but hey I actually liked it dummy.
