I came here on a whim after finishing a 2nd shift, and they were still open. It shares a parking lot with a gentleman's club; but that's not the fault of the workers, or whoever built it.It feels shady being there very late at night, so just use caution for after midnight hunger. That being said, the food is actually really good! And the fries are amazing! The staff for having to work really late hours is super friendly, and because it's late the food will be made really fresh and be very hot. The price is way better than household fast food names, and the food quality seems so much better. Why did I put myself through the misery of attempting to eat this food again? Twice in the last two years I tried their burgers with awful tasting results. I was in the area and thought I'd give themOne more chance and try the Chicken sandwich this time. It was by far the worst between the two. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Eating it felt like I had to sharpen my teeth beforehand it was so tough. I don't understand how this place stays in business. There's never anyone in the drive through and the food is terrible. I've given up and will never be back

But their real standout item is their shakes. If you love shakes or drinkable ice cream, Rally’s shakes are like a taste of heaven at any time of day or night. And let’s talk about their bacon... it’s simply unmatched! To top it off, their meat patties are bursting with flavor—delicious, real flavor—and the chicken breast patties are tender, juicy, and full-bodied. Oh my goodness! If a tear were to fall in celebration of fast food made to perfection, it would definitely be for Rally's. Thank you!

The food here is absolutely terrible! I've seen plenty of friends and family have stomach issues or even go to the hospital after eating food from any of the Rallys in Rialto. Get your food and acid reflux to go! The employees are very friendly and try to keep it cool when getting food there but complain about the cleanliness standards themselves and the absolutely terrible food quality! Wasn't feeling it. Started with a mixup I had to drive back for. They gave me the wrong food. Once I got my food, I did not like the double burger. Something tasted off with the patties and onions. The tomato was also too thick. I guess I'm used to getting in n out.

Messed up my order but the friendly staff and manager were very friendly and helpful in correcting their mistakes so they made up for it and I can’t complain about that.

It's surprising that they only provide one ranch dip per order, even if you purchase three combos. Are we supposed to share it?

First time having Rally's and I liked the taste of it. Just tried the budget meal ,but it very good.

I wish they would stay open until 2 AM as advertised; apart from that, it’s a fantastic location.
