Rally's - Reserva de mesa

Avoid this restaurant if you plan to visit after 6 or 7 PM. Their closing staff tends to be careless and inconsistent. As a regular customer for about a year and someone who works in the industry, I've noticed that whenever I stop by during closing hours, my food, portion sizes, and overall order are often wrong. I frequently end up with undercooked food and dried-out chicken wings. If you're looking for a quick meal with your family on the way home, steer clear of this place to save yourself the frustration and an upset stomach.

I'm too upset to even eat right now. He didn’t seem to understand that my issue was more than just the drink spill. It's really frustrating when you're trying to have dinner while working in a company car. I’m extremely annoyed. I didn’t raise my voice or say anything rude, but he needs to understand the importance of listening when he’s handling people’s food.

I stood at the window for about 10 minutes, but no one came to take my order. It felt as though they assumed I wouldn’t need service because of my race. Frustrated, I ended up going across the street to Burger King. At other Rally’s I’ve visited, the staff have been friendly and engaging, but that wasn’t the case here in Rialto!

I only been to Rallys once, and that was in the 90s. But I decided to go there and purchase two cheese Burgers combo and when i took a bite of the burger it was only with Cheese and a burger patty and spread. No lettuce or tomato or pickles. Very disappointed! Never stop by this place again... Reserva una mesa ahora

I love Rally's and usually frequent the one on Riverside Ave in Rialto. However, I was passing by this location and decided to stop in. Unfortunately, the food here doesn’t seem as fresh as at the other place; it looks half-eaten. I'm really disappointed.

Every time I've been here it's never disappointed. Food is always hot and ready in a timely fashion. Drive thru line is kept pretty clear so when it's late and I'm looking for something to eat to cure the munchies this is always on my top 3 choices

The cashier suspiciously took my card to the back, so I locked it. They were gone like a good amount of time with my card. Just really suspicious. However the food was ok and place seemed clean.

Parking: It’s located on the corner with a small lot, but it's usually not crowded, so you'll be fine.

The girl at drive thru is awesome. Fast service and the fries and funnel cake fries are the best!!!
