The automated ordering system was not bad, but that's the only good thing I can say. Classic chicken sandwich was cold and dried out. The edges of the chicken were so hard it was not edible. The fries were also cold. The girl at the drive thru window was not at all friendly, bordering on downright rude. As I waited for my cold nasty food, I got to watch her snacking hey mouth open and closed eating ice from an open cup while standing at the register in front of the drive thru window. Never again will I visit this location. The ONLY reason I went in the first place was my husband being in the hospital at SLU and this was the nearest fast food option. I decided to stop by and get a Baconzila Burger first time I got one with condiments and paper wrap instead of the regular simi-foil wrap. Very disappointed and Rally's off my list of favorites.

Service was Excellent, Our Orders Were 100% Completely Correct, And The Drive-Through Employees Smiled Plus Were Very Polite... This Is One Of My Favorite Rally 's Locations In This City...
