I love Rally's, I think their food is great. However, what I can't stand is always getting different food than what I actually ordered. When I order a Baconzilla with no ketchup, no mayo, and cheese sauce, that does not mean I want a Baconzilla with a lot of mayo, a little bit of ketchup, and no cheese sauce. And when I order one of these limited time Sourdough Burgers, I shouldn't receive a regular hamburger on untoasted white bread. You've completely changed the order at that point, it's no longer what I paid for.
