The burger meat had an off-putting grayish hue and was quite thin, reminding me of questionable school lunch meat. Even though I was hungry, I found it difficult to eat even half of it—it was simply that unappealing. Honestly, even McDonald's offers better quality. The fries were okay but could have been crunchier. On a positive note, the service was excellent; the person at the window was friendly and accommodating. However, I truly believe that burger was a complete failure. Just thinking about it makes me feel a bit queasy. I really can’t understand how this restaurant is still operating.

The restaurant's hours are quite inconsistent, and I frequently feel let down when they close earlier than advertised without any notice—only to be greeted by blocked lanes and closed windows. Tonight, there was a sign indicating that it was drive-thru only, yet the drive-thru was blocked off as well, which is really frustrating.

They recently introduced a new automated ordering system, which I find quite frustrating. Luckily, I only ordered a few simple items, but I can't help but wonder how it would handle customizations. Can it accommodate all the possible variations? The whole experience felt very impersonal, and I didn't enjoy it at all.
The current staff are slow to respond to customers. I had to wait 10 minutes after the restaurant opened before receiving any assistance. Even though the cashier knew I was waiting, she took her time to help me.
My order was completely wrong—nothing matched up, and I was charged for something different. I'm not sure how this happened, especially since there was no line or other customers the entire time I was there.
