Rally's Hamburgers

I ordered the barbecue chicken wings and the actual BBQ chicken wings skin was fatty. I think the skin should have been crispy and then had the barbecue sauce added to it. The BBQ taste was wonderful. The fries were excellent. This is a drive-thru only location. So you don't have to worry about wheelchair accessible.

The burgers at this location are fresh and crisp. The way the bread and meat sit together is really on point. I love the fresh fries. The customer service is superb. I had 1 little error in my order and my entire order was replaced fresh with a shake to add jingle to the previous error. Thank you Rally?s management!

2 cars in line at 11:43, including me. Took 7 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. Would've left but was blocked in. Then didn't get fries with my order. Not worried about the fries but every time I go there, the service is horrible

Delicious, but very greasy to be completely honest. I know fast food isn't healthy to begin with, there is a lot of extra grease in this food however. I am hoping they make it a bit cleaner eating in the future. Why not try Air Fryers?

I wait at the walk up window for maybe 30 seconds to order my food for lunch. The employee is very nice well groomed. I get my food in less than a minute plus freshly hot.
