The short girl with dark hair at this restaurant has a very negative attitude. She is very impatient and does not give you time to decide on your order before pressuring you with questions like "What do you want? Are you ready?" I prefer to bring my family here and let the kids decide when they arrive, but she doesn't allow for that. It seems like she has been working there for too long. Sadly, there were other parents expressing the same frustrations while we were waiting. I used to tip her well, but her service has significantly declined over the past two years.
Flavors and all are great but the outdoor seating area was a disaster. Would?ve liked to have sat to eat but it needed a good wipe down. Also one of the girls was practicing very bad food and beverage safety and sanitation (chewing gum) which made me a little grossed out when I came to eating the ice cream. I don?t want saliva in my ice cream, yuck!
There are a wide variety of delicious flavors at this restaurant, which I find to be amazing! I really enjoy the pumpkin flavor as well. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is that it can be quite expensive. It's a shame that we can't order inside, as last time it was raining heavily and we were told to go to the window instead.
I would rate this restaurant 5 stars for their outstanding customer service! They were out of the specific flavor of ice cream I had ordered, but they quickly informed me through email. When my order arrived, they included a note in the box apologizing for the inconvenience and even added an extra pint of ice cream for free.

This is honestly the worst Ralph's on Long Island. If you can't make ice cream or shakes, then you shouldn't be working at an ice cream place. It's not like you're making the ice cream from scratch, just scooping it, so I don't understand how you can mess that up.
What y'all can expect (food wise) from a ralphs ice The girls working there were super friendly and helpful and they made everything good! Enjoyed my ice I got a frozen lemonade smoothie And despite saying the wrong name they made the right thing so 10/10 ????
We've always LOVED Ralph's!!The ices and ice cream are great!!Perfect for this Hot Summer!!!
This Ralph's location is the only one that doesn't have doughnados on their menu.

The standout flavors are the Crazy Coconut and Pistachio ice creams.
I'm not much into the ice cream here, but my kids like it.
