Ralph's Famous Italian Ices

Flavors and all are great but the outdoor seating area was a disaster. Would?ve liked to have sat to eat but it needed a good wipe down. Also one of the girls was practicing very bad food and beverage safety and sanitation (chewing gum) which made me a little grossed out when I came to eating the ice cream. I don?t want saliva in my ice cream, yuck!

I was not very impressed with the quality of the ice cream. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad. It was just average. My kids told me they preferred Baskin-Robbin over this place. I took a raspberry smoothie and was surprised with how sweet it was. No doubt they add a lot of sugar to the frozen fruit.

We have been coming to this location for years never had issues till now. The workers are not friendly and look annoyed that they have to help people. They were out of every flavor we asked for. This has been the last few times we have gone. Very disappointed. A smile goes a long way!!!

What y'all can expect (food wise) from a ralphs ice The girls working there were super friendly and helpful and they made everything good! Enjoyed my ice I got a frozen lemonade smoothie And despite saying the wrong name they made the right thing so 10/10 ????
