The flavors are absolutely delightful, and the staff are very friendly. I would rate them both 5 stars. However, I do find the prices a bit steep for the ice. Of course, the owners have the right to set their prices, especially since customers keep returning. That said, the portion sizes can be quite inconsistent. One visit, I might receive a large portion that's overflowing, while on another occasion, it barely meets the brim. There have even been times when my husband and I ordered the same size at the same time, and our portions were noticeably different.

One time I'll get a large and it's overflowing, while the next time it's hardly over the top. Although I usually enjoy Ralph's Italian ices, I have to say that the employees here are incredibly rude and appear disinterested in their work. They often spend long periods chatting in the back while customers are waiting in line to place their orders. I live in Sayville and will make an effort to avoid this location. It's disappointing.
If i could give this place a 0 star i would! The people who work there are so rude. It?s a different price when a specific person works that shift and order the same exact thing each time i go. They need to work on how to do customer service right andnot hire bratty teenagers who are miserable all the time.

I've always thought Ralph's was a bit overrated. While they offer a decent variety of Italian ices, the flavors don't always match what you expect. Additionally, their prices are somewhat high, and the staff often comes off as a bit curt. I'm not sure what all the excitement is about.
Sayville Ralph's Italian Ices is a good place to get italian ices and ice cream. Tasty. Prices are okay. High school kids working the counter need to brush up on their people skills though.
I didn't see a Large Twister on the menu at Ralph's Famous Italian Ices Ice Cream, but the regular size I ordered was really good.
The twister and ice were amazing! They were just what we needed for a refreshing treat.
