My partner and I visited Ralph's to grab two tubes of pink and blue ice, and I can't speak highly enough about our experience. The owner was incredibly generous, making sure we enjoyed every last drop of each flavor we wanted. He even went out of his way to fetch more supplies to ensure that the next customer wouldn't miss out. On our way out, the owner surprised us with two T-shirts—one pink and one blue—and expressed how glad he was to be part of our special day. I felt more than happy to pay for their delicious products, and even though I live a bit far away, I will definitely make the drive to support this wonderful business again!
I went today to take my 2 year Daugther for some Italian ice. The two young gentlemen working in the evening were so sweet to us. I am teaching my daughter to ask for things using her please and thank you. The gentleman who took our order had patient for us as I'm teaching her to ask for the blue icy. Great costumer service and good ice cream!
The açaí bowl was fantastic, and the young women working there on Sunday afternoon were friendly and incredibly helpful. My coworker and I brought a group of young people with special needs to this place, and they had a wonderful experience. I will definitely return!
You can't go wrong with over 30 flavors of ice cream! The service is great and the staff is friendly, always offering to let you sample different tastes. I wish these places would stay open in the winter because I could enjoy them all year round!

I'm usually not a fan of fruit pieces in my frozen drinks, but I really enjoyed this one overall. The flavors of the icy treat were delightful, and the slush had a fantastic texture.
The brownie sundae is absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, the whipped cream tends to melt due to the heat from the hot fudge. Nonetheless, it's still really tasty!
What’s not to like? There are so many options, from ice cream to acai bowls. The place is always spotless, and the staff, mostly young people, do an excellent job.
I tried the pineapple cheesecake crème ice and the double chocolate mint flavors. Both were delicious and had a wonderfully fresh taste!

Had the Chocolate Brownie Sundae. It was a nice size cup, flavorful and hardy. The price was a little high though.
