A summer time favorite . They always get the lines moving quickly and they are great about letting taste the flavors. I don 't visit often so I was definitely disappointed when I saw that they were out of some of my favorite flavors. I don 't have that many choices because I find many of the flavors too sweet (nothing against Ralph 's that just my personal preference). So when my already limited list gets shortened by 2 or 3 flavors you can understand the 4 star rating. But it was nice to do something normal this summer.
The staff here is incredibly friendly. Valerie, in particular, was outstanding. She assisted us with a smile as we navigated the challenge of trying every flavor. Her recommendations were spot on. I highly recommend visiting this location—definitely a 12/10 experience!
This cozy, family-style pop-up shop offers a delightful selection of traditional ices and more. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm, family-oriented atmosphere that perfectly complements the fantastic flavors available here.
Had the pineapple and passion fruit Italian ice. Pineapple had little pineapple bits in it which was surprising. Price was good. It was a very hot day was completely refreshed after I finished my Italian ice. Definitely delicious and will be back again

This place was fantastic! Even though it's situated on a busy road, the ice cream and slushes were excellent. I highly recommend trying the bubblegum ice, and definitely get a twister because the soft serve is delicious!
The mocha here is amazing! The ice-cream is okay. The prices are fair. They should definitely increase the cup size for each physical size [make you get more for your payment]
A true summer staple in New York, I've been visiting this place since the early 2000s, and it just keeps getting better.
Your ice cream and drinks are fantastic, but I kindly request that you discontinue the acai bowls. Thank you!

No more foam cups now it’s this new design which is super cute. Staff was nice and there wasn’t a wait.
The service here is outstanding and quick. Plus, Ralph's famous ice cream is consistently the best!
