Ralph's Italian Ices

After being disappointed by Douglas and James ice cream, I stumbled upon this hidden gem and I am so glad I did. The staff at Ralph's ice cream and ices were friendly, engaging, and helpful. Casey and Amanda treated me like a regular customer, making me feel welcomed right away. Unlike Douglas and James, Ralph's had a socially distanced line and was well-prepared for COVID-19 regulations. You can't go inside, but they are set up at the door to take your order efficiently. Best of all, you can enjoy your ice cream cone the traditional way without it being served upside down and smashed. It's Labor Day and there is only one girl working at the restaurant, but she is doing an amazing job handling the steady stream of customers. Although Ralph's could do better by having more staff on hand, this girl is a rockstar - super friendly and efficient! The response from the restaurant acknowledging the situation with a bit of humor is appreciated. It's clear there may be challenges, so kudos to the hardworking staff. The suggestion to recognize the lone worker, perhaps with extra pay or some other form of appreciation, is a good idea. Best of luck to everyone at the restaurant!

I believe that the passion fruit and lemon combination is the best! They now serve "pup cups" and my dog really enjoys them. I highly recommend this restaurant because my children also love it, as do I.

The ice cream is delicious but on the pricey side. They still offer squeeze cups, which are a must-have.
