I was really put off by the lack of gloves when handling ice cream cones. After I ordered, I watched a teenager who had just handled cash wipe his hands on the back of his jeans and then scoop ice cream into my cone. It completely ruined my appetite for dessert. They definitely need to train their employees better in food safety. I won't be returning there again; there's a reliable Carvel just a short 4-minute drive away.
I fondly recall enjoying Ralph's when I was younger, but my recent visit was disappointing. I tried the vanilla chip and cookie dough crème ices, and despite my love for ice cream and frozen yogurt, I didn't find the crème ices appealing. I sampled my son's cookies and cream, which was pretty good. Unfortunately, I think I've outgrown Ralph's. However, my kids thoroughly enjoyed it!
I have had consistently frustrating experiences when ordering online; my orders are often incorrect, and it's impossible to reach anyone by phone. Unfortunately, the majority of the staff seem untrained and are quite rude. While I absolutely love their ice cream and ices, the poor customer service and lack of concern do not justify the high prices.
Went to Ralph's Italian Ices in Mamaroneck today. While it is wheelchair accessible as far as getting into the store there are no regular height tables for a person in a wheelchair to sit at. All high tables and stools. Not very nice. Will not be going back as my daughter is in a wheelchair and could not enjoy her ice cream. Reserva una mesa ahora
I visited this place for a late-night dessert, and even though they were about to close, the staff kindly allowed us to buy some ice cream. I really appreciated their friendliness. The ice cream was just what I needed!

The ice cream here is of poor quality and overpriced for what it offers. There are definitely better ice cream shops nearby.
