Every time I order a chocolate shake here, it's made differently, and I honestly can't figure out why. The first one I had was perfect, but since then, they’ve been either too runny or lacking in flavor. Just yesterday, a young staff member made my shake, and the chocolate syrup was all over the inside of the cup, seeping out onto the outside. When he handed me the sticky mess, I ended up with chocolate all over my hands. I asked for napkins, and all he said was "oh, sorry." I had to take it home and stir it to mix in the chocolate properly, and I paid $6 for that! Unbelievable. A few hours later, my husband picked up a shake for me as well, and it was really flavorless. Great Atmosphere from the Minute you walk up, Staff was Awesome, Polite and very fast. I Had a Black and white shake, Wifey had the Malibu Bay Breeze icee and the kids had Rainbow. Everything was Fresh and Flavourful. So if your Just Visiting or live in the Area Stop by, It. 's worth the Trip. ENJOY...
The restaurant was bustling, but the service was excellent, and we didn't have to wait at all. I really enjoyed the chocolate and cherry water ice, while my wife delighted in a vanilla and chocolate swirl cone. Both desserts were absolutely delicious!

They said icecream was sugarfree my sugar ran sky high I am a diabetic they really need to correct there information they can be in a lot of trouble .
I really enjoy Ralph's Italian Ices! The service has always been friendly, and the behind-the-scenes area is always clean.
