I 've frequented the business since before they even moved from the 10th ish street to the Mass. St, let alone its current location where I believe the owner needs to hire some consultants on how to keep it functional service wise during lunch or dinner hours. I did enclose (elements of) the following comment months ago in the payment platform website remark that I sent only the restaurant would receive. Anyways. They moved a couple hundred feet from their previous location to what once was Gold Medal BBQ, which offered great food with completely dysfunctional service. On the defense side of both businesses, the floor plan does not help. But despite how the long wait now rather uninformative...

For someone who doesn 't really like ramen, I LOVED this place! Now that 's saying something. I typically enjoy Japanese cuisine, and once I found out that Ramen Bowls has a Hawaiian twist, I was sold. When we walked in, there was a guy at the front making housemade ramen noodles in a glass room which was fascinating to watch. I got an order of gyoza and the kimchi ramen with pork belly, a soft boiled egg, greens, and garlic. The pork belly and soft boiled wgg were cooked perfectly, the greens added great flavor, and the spice and sauce combo was perfection. The gyoza fried was crispy and the dipping sauce was divine. I also got a Hawaiian Sun drink, which was the cherry on top of a fantasti...

The new location is much more spacious and charming compared to the previous one. However, the menu was quite overwhelming with too many items crammed together, especially the appetizers section, which felt chaotic and overly complicated. While the food was enjoyable, the prices were rather steep. I requested to substitute shallots for an egg, but I was surprised to receive only half an egg. When I inquired about it, the staff informed me that this is their standard practice. It costs an additional $3.50 just to add an egg, yet you only receive half? This comes across as misleading, in my opinion. When I shared my feelings with the waiter, he agreed and was kind enough to get me the other ha...

What a nice spot. Came here for some ramen and it didn't disappoint. Love the atmosphere and the service was nice. I was happy to see Spam Musubi on the menu. We also enjoyed the dumplings. I liked the Wonton Ramen bowl which had yummy chicken. My friend had the Kimchi Ramen bowl. It's served in the traditional style which we liked very much. You have many side options to choose from of things to add to your ramen. Overall, nice experience. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. I called in a carryout order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived right on time, but was asked to wait. We ended up sitting there for an additional 35 minutes. When my food finally arrived, I asked for at least a discount due to the delay, but there was no willingness to accommodate or even apologize.

It took like 20 minutes to get seated after walking in and reserving and the food took a lot longer.. like MORE than half an hour and it didn't seem that busy. Was it worth it? Honestly it's a hit or miss because if you're hungry, go somewhere else. If you're craving it then yes or just reserve in advance! The staff is very nice and the ambiance is very festive.

great food and super cute inside! loved the deconstructed crab rangoon nachos!! kimchi noodles were amazing, never had soaked eggs like that before they were so tasty! you order at the front and they bring your food to you no other interactions with the staff.

Amazing. Great atmosphere. The ramen was a flavorful broth with a perfectly cooked braised egg. Delicious! Also had the mango lemonade wow! Explosive flavors and not overly sweet. Best meal in a while... Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm disappointed that the curry ramen has been taken off the menu, but everything I tried here is delicious. It does get quite busy, and seating is limited.
