Ambiente agradable con música linda y camareros amistosos. Muchos arreglos de asientos sociales. Algunos de los platos son japoneses bastante tradicionales, por lo que los sabores podrían ser más ajenos a los comensales occidentales. Por ejemplo, el clásico Hakata tenía bastante caldo salado. La "vieja escuela" con fideos de trigo Buck era un favorito. El té es realmente agradable, mucho potencial para tener aquí en una excelente ubicación en Beaufort Street.

Nice atmosphere with cute music and friendly wait staff. Lots of social seating arrangements. Some of the dishes are quite traditional Japanese so the flavors could be more foreign to western diners. For example the Classic Hakata had quite a salty broth. The "Old School" with buck wheat noodles was a favorite. Tea is really nice, much potential to be had here in a great location on Beaufort Street.

I think this Ramen Lab is the best Ramen shop in Perth,  I lived in Hakata and tasted a lot of Hakata traditional Ramen. Their broth is real one with no MSG I think, taste different every visit that means they make their own broth, honestly.  On the other Ramen shops in Perth most of them they use imported made broth so taste same for me. Also the amount of noodle is perfect for me.

Ramen estaba bien nada espectacular. El caldo era un poco salado y grueso. No fue el Miso usual basado en Miso. Yo también usé. La porción fue decente, así que eso es un bono. La preparación de alimentos fue rápida y sede limpia. He estado allí ahora, pero probablemente no volverá a que Ramen.

really authentic Japanese Ramen i have had recently- which called Umtra-men- it's quite heavy and flavourly which i had not easy to get the chance in Perth- nice and kind staff and trusty hygenic- i might come back here for having dinner with my friends soon

Ramen was OK nothing spectacular. The broth was a bit salty and thick. It wasn't the usual miso based I'm used too. Serving was decent so that's a bonus. Food preparation was fast and venue was clean. Been there now but probably won't be back for ramen. Reserva una mesa ahora

Yummy warm broth noodle fresh tasting very accomodating for kids. Staff is lovely will be back for sure!! Best here for winter we love it as it's cosy
