I ordered the Deluxe Soy Sauce Ramen, which was exactly what I was in the mood for. The noodles had just the right chewiness, which I appreciated. The broth was a bit different from what I’ve experienced at other ramen places; it wasn't as salty as I'm used to, but it was still delicious and very flavorful.
As for the toppings, the chashu had the perfect balance of fat and complemented the soup and noodles beautifully without overpowering them. The soft-boiled eggs were cooked to perfection—smooth and creamy throughout.
I highly recommend giving this ramen a try! I truly enjoyed the more subtle flavors here, and I will definitely be returning.

This ramen bar is undeniably the best and most authentic in the area, potentially the finest we've tried in the United States outside of New York City (looking at you, Nakamura). While they may not have a ticket-dispensing machine at the front, ordering is done through a tablet. The chefs work efficiently, and every aspect of the ramen is exactly as it should be. However, it's a small space, so be ready to wait if you arrive after they've opened. Here's hoping they consider opening a second location!

Shio Ramen was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender and packed with flavor, while the broth had just the right amount of saltiness. Every aspect of the dish was fantastic. The service was quick, and the noodles were cooked perfectly al dente. The restaurant is small and tends to get busy, but you can place your order at a kiosk using an iPad, so there's no need to wait for a server. This ramen is the perfect comfort food, especially for winter weather. I will definitely be back!
