First time visiting on a Saturday and WOW! I ordered the vegetarian ramen with Kimchi on the side. Firstly, the broth.. chef's kiss. Creamy, wonderful flavor, and the perfect temperature to just dig in. The noodles tasted amazing, the perfect amount and tasted so fresh. The Kimchi.. get the kimchi! The perfect spiciness and crunch. They also have cold noodles, if you don't want ramen during the hotter times, which I plan on ordering next time. They got busy so fast and they had just opened for the day, but the food comes out fast. Service was top notch as well, they are super attentive, constantly walking around making sure everyone has everything they need and/or refilling. I highly recomme...

We went to Ramen Tatsu to dine in on a Thursday around 6pm. It was a bit busy and there was one waitress. Plan to spend between $14-20 per person. The food was delicious, but for my taste I wish it was a bit hotter. The broth was warm. This is my reason for the 4 stars. I had the Curry Ramen. It contains Thick Noodle Chicken, pork, and beef broth blended with curry sauce • Chasiu, Corn, Green Onions. I added garlic, butter and and egg. As far as Atmosphere it really just is a very small family restaurant with a very calm setting. There’s lots of parking space. Restrooms were clean. Service was great and fast. I recommend this place.

I don’t normally leave reviews for places, but if you’re in Vegas looking for ramen you must come here. I ordered the tonkotsu shoyu and the broth was divine. It was extremely rich without being overpowering, being balanced by the ginger. I’ve had a lot ramen from nyc to the bay area, but this is easily top 2 all time. Also highly recommend the chicken karaage. Flavorful, light, and tender 11/10

Great, out of the way, place for ramen. Service is just great. The menu offerings will satisfy if you're looking for Japanese dishes. Go here if you're hungry, you'll not be disappointed.
