We were visiting from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel. There aren't too many restaurants within walking distance so we decided to give this place a try. All the servers were very friendly and patient as we took ages to review the menu and decide what to get. We were 2 adults and 3 kids 7, 9, and 14. EVERY SINGLE THING we ordered was delicious... we're not very daring, so we got avocado rolls, calamari crunchy rolls, steamed and fried pork dumplings ?, tempura shrimp ?, chicken karaage, plain chicken ramen ??, black red ramen (spicy but delish! , garlic honey wings, and beef donburi. delicious, well-presented ramen! I have been here twice. Once, I got the red and black ramen (spicy with black garlic oil), and my partner got the test menu item, I forget the name but it was tonkotsu shoyu with bonito flakes. The flakes were overpowering; the flavor of the broth was kind of lost. I really enjoyed my dish though! It was so fragrant and flavorful.Second time I got the classic tonkotsu shoyu and my partner got the beef donburi. The meat quality for that one wasn’t amazing (it was quite fatty), but for the price it’s pretty good. The tonkotsu was great.Staff are really friendly and the restaurant is clean and well-kept!

Great location and delicious food! I needed a quick place to grab lunch while in town for a 3-day conference. I ended up going back to Ramen Utsuke and tried different items each day. The service was consistently good, although some servers were noticeably more knowledgeable about the menu than others, but no big deal. I was really excited to try the ramen and it did not disappoint. Enjoy!

Best Ramen in Baltimore, in my opinion!! Amazing flavors and service. Tried the black chicken paitan broth, gyoza, and jalepeno cream cheese poppers. They were all amazing, but the broth was like a warm hug!! The portion sizes are large, and the place itself is very beautifully and tastefully decorated. I had a positive overall experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent and the restaurant was stylish and clean. I ordered the pork gyoza, which were delicious. The ramen was good, but not the best I've had. The broth was flavourful, but the noodles didn't seem like traditional ramen noodles. I chose the Red Spicy Chicken Paitan with an extra egg.

I was in Baltimore for a conference and tried this place. I don't give 5 stars unless I've been somewhere more than once... I went back.The Naruto Ramen is worth a trip to Baltimore.The black red ramen is also phenomenal.Go. Go now. The house salad is also good. ?The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A good place for a quick bite. Affordable too

Absolutely delicious. I got the Black Red Tonkotsu. It's so flavorful, I don't understand how they made it so spicy without it being hot or lingering. It's just perfectly spiced. The house sake was very good as well

The ramen was delicious, but the gyoza and octopus balls were outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant. I tried the black and red ramen. For parking, be sure to ask for a validation ticket to only pay $5. Reserva una mesa ahora

The noodles, broth, and toppings at this restaurant were delicious. I ordered a vegetarian bowl with tofu, mushrooms, corn, seaweed, and scallions.

My family loves this spot. The appetizers were delicious, service was great, beer was cold, and the ramen was so good.
