We really enjoyed our meal at this buzzy ramen place, located at street level of the very swanky 414 Light Street building. There were both communal tables filled with chatty twenty-somethings as well as nicely sized booths and tables with families and couples. The waiter was very well-versed in the vegan options. For a starter, we enjoyed the Sweet Potato Roll magnificently topped with a crown of tempura green beans and the avocado roll, both very well executed. Next , we had some gyoza and the veg curry rice gyoza were really nicely browned and noodly, the curry was tasty but not high on the veg content if you are looking for that. When creating your vegan ramen bowl, you can choose their vegetable broth, vegan noodles, tofu, and hold the egg. I got the spicy miso ramen with vegan noodles and tofu and it was SO delicious! Even my non vegan partner loved it and finished off my bowl! It was perfectly spicy and salty and savory…and the charred cabbage (one of the included veggies) adds such a great flavor. Also super close to the Inner Harbor, so a great option when you’re in that area. Also very reasonably priced. Updated from previous review on 2022 01 03
