When creating your vegan ramen bowl you can keep your vegetable broth, vegan noodles, tofu and the egg. I have the spicy fog wheels with vegan noodles and tofu and it was so delicious! Even my non vegan partner loved it and finished my bowl! It was perfectly spicy and salty and savory... and the cabbage (one of the contained veggies) adds such a great taste. Also great near the Inner Harbor, so a great option if you are in this area. Also very cheap. Updated by previous rating on 2022 01 03

I was in Ramen Utsuke DOZENS of times and I'm never disappointed! From all Rammen restaurants, to which I was, these up to most options for vegans! You have a good 5-6 different vegan ramen options to choose from above, there are other vegan entres and appetizers! One of my favorite restaurants!

Visited here based on other Happy Cow reviews. Really loved the vegan ramen and can not wait to go back. The menu was marked and servers were great.

Clearly marked vegan items and option for vegan noodles. The creamy ramen with vegan noodles are delicious!

Like the ramen soup. Sweet potato sushi was also good.
