Staff were so friendly and welcoming, and there were a pleasing number of vegan options. There are no vegan labels or indications on the menu, but our server was able to help us. The vegetarian-labeled ramens can be ordered vegan. The default noodles are not vegan, so vegan ramen comes with very fine, thin rice noodles. Not my favorite type of noodle, but not too bad. There were plenty of veggie toppings on our ramen, and they looked absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, the broths were a let-down. Bland, lacking flavor, and poorly seasoned. I’ve been going here for years even pre-veganism and it’s hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had. When I went vegan I was delighted to hear that the offered vegan options. I get the vegan miso ramen quite often. They also have a cute little garden seating area in the back which is definitely a perk you don’t really find in this area. The owner is also always so friendly. I’m glad to see they have expanded their restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2021-05-18

I’ve updated my review since Ramenesque has updated their menu. The second time I visit I’ll admit I found the food a bit bland. This definitely is not the best ramen you’ll ever have but there’s not a ton of options in the area so it does the job of filling you up and is satisfying on a cold day. Overall I would stop by again if I was in the area.

Chelsea was very kind, informative and attentive! Lots of pork in my Tonkatsu Ramen, it was very good! Veggie Gyoza was very tasty (just wished they 'd give the 'steamed ' option). The Korean fried chicken mild was too sweet for me but my hubby ate it. Loved the ambience and wall art.

Vegan Ramen (By request) is very good. Several soup base options and flavors are available. Vegan entree bowls are also very good. Request rice, buckwheat or udon noodles for ramen. Regular ramen now contains eggs...resulting from supplier change when expanding noodle options.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm ish and was served right away. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The food was really good!!! Ordered tofu tonkotsu ramen and spicy scallop sushi along with green tea ice cream. Certainly recommend !!! The bar is pretty stocked!

The redone place is very nice. The front area is very nice looking. They did a great job. But the back dining area looks unfinished. Not esthetically pleasing. The food and service are always excellent! And that ginger honey tea is to die for. I usually have 2 of them.

For me, Ramen cannot be done any better. The seaweed salad was natural and delicious. I felt like their food was fresh and well balanced. The people are great and the vibe is chill and relaxed. I HIGHLY recommend!
