Ramón Freixa Madrid

I would avoid making reservations with Ramon Freixa Madrid. After looking around and deciding to join Ramon, I booked my reservation a month in advance. I was beyond excited. Five hours prior to my dinner, they emailed me that my reservation was cancelled. Supposedly, they didn't have a card on file. That's fair. However, it's not fair to not contact the guest first, before outright canceling my booking. They said that they messaged my phone number several weeks before. I looked through all texts and didn't find anything. If anything, they should have emailed me. I truly believe they cancelled my reservation because they were overbooked. This is extremely disrespectful. I called to figure this out but they didn't have any seats available. That's super convenient... it's not like I called right after getting the email! I expected much better from their hosts and I am deeply disappointed.

En primer lugar el espacio esta muy cuidado, el servicio es maravilloso y la comida es espectacular. Tiene una estrella MichelinEl restuarante es pequeño pero si quieres quedar con alguien muy muy bien, este es el lugar, pero tienes que reservar con tiempo.Dejate acosejar por Ramon Freixa, el mismo te atiende.El cuanto al pan que sirven, tienes que probar el de mantequiella y los palotes de aceituna negra.Puedes elejir menú cerrado o la carta, te recomiendo menú cerrado.El precio puede oscilar entre 65-125 euros depende del vino que elijas.De los mejores restaurantes que han abierto durante el año 2009
