I had driven past and seen pictures on the internet. I wanted somewhere to take my family which was spacious and airy with peaceful surrounds. The restaurant certainly has this. We were seated in a spacious outdoor area covered with shade sails and overlooking the large koi filled pond and tall gardens. It took way too long to bring out food than we'd expect. However we received a discount on the overall bill. Of course, that lessened the negative thought of the restaurant. The steak, barramundi and chicken parmigiana dishes were wonderful. Went to Ramon's at lunchtime on Saturday. The restuarant was very busy but even though we didn't have a booking we were given a table. The staff were friendly, professional and obliging. Our table was even kept for us while we went for a walk and checked out the amazing gardens.....just stunning! We then ordered and our food came with no delay. My Japanese Chicken Salad for $20 was excellent value. A delicious, plentiful meal. My friend had the pumpkin and feta salad (same price) and she loved it. Would thoroughly recommend it as a place to go and am looking forward to going back again.
What a fantastic find! I've often passed by this restaurant and finally had the opportunity to dine here. Wow, the food was exceptional! Kudos to the chef for perfectly cooking the steak and pork belly. The menu offered an enticing selection with a wide variety of options. Danni, who attended to us at our table, was friendly and provided commendable service. The dessert was divine, and the portion sizes were just right. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience, and I will definitely be coming back!
Went for brunch this time and the food and coffee was delicious. It was a group function and some of us chose to go with the cakes or scones and were not disappointed. The service here is the best, nothing is too much trouble and the head waitress goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Just a lovely atmosphere, lovely food and one of my 'go to ' places. I enjoyed a delightful High Tea experience. The sandwiches were incredibly tasty, and the fillings were delicious. There was a wonderful variety of cakes, and we were treated to endless pots of tea. I will definitely return! The stunning gardens and lovely ponds filled with large goldfish made for a great overall experience. Everyone had a fantastic time!
It wasn't massively busy but the staff were friendly, service was prompt the food was fantastic. Hubby is fussy about his steak but it was done to perfection my grilled prawns were up there with the best I've ever had. Of course the venue was lovely on a sunny spring afternoon.
