Ramsey Kebab Pizza

I have tried Ramsey kebab. Every time I’m in despair. It’s very seldom that the order is correct. I had to give 1 star but would rather give them none. Couple of weeks ago I ordered a pizza and stated I didn’t want olives. Well surprise surprise covered with olives. Before that I placed an order to include humus. They turned up with coleslaw saying they didn’t have any humus. Today another order placed. My son had a ordered a kebab. It didn’t look right anaemic AND on tasting OMG it tasted disgusting so it was thrown away as we didn’t fancy food poisoning so my son placed an order from another take away. eating was acceptable, but if you are so busy that they ignore the 1st customer and start with the second that arrives 2 minutes after entering the shop, they must stop and think how estimated the 1st customer felt. The dining experience was mediocre, but the service left much to be desired. The restaurant was so busy that they ignored me as the first customer and instead served the second customer who arrived 2 minutes after me. It made me feel unappreciated and I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really irked me. If it happens again, I will never return. I have not returned to a good restaurant in London in over 30 years and I made sure to explain to my friends why. We all need to value our customers, including myself. The chips were overcooked to the point that I almost lost a tooth! The reviewer suggests that the other food at the restaurant is much better in comparison to the chips, and advises the restaurant to stop being stingy and serve fresh chips.

information about food allergens when ordering, the food appeared 40 minutes later with tomoatoes. call them back to say that do not remember to put tomoatoes in the burger, but will replace it. 30 minutes later no burger!

The restaurant offers delicious food at affordable prices and provides excellent delivery service. I ordered food for a large group and everyone agreed that it was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for more.

Chips cooked 5 times over nearly lost a tooth! Saying that the other food is 10x better than the others, stop being so tight and cook fresh chips
