The food at this restaurant is consistently good, but the taste can vary depending on who is cooking that day. The customer service is always excellent and I always receive a positive vibe in return. However, the atmosphere could use some improvement. It is quiet with not much to catch your eye. There used to be music which added to the island feel of the establishment, but unfortunately, it is no longer there. In terms of wheelchair accessibility, there are no obstacles hindering entrance, dining, or exit.
I bought take out 7 mixed orders 5 curry chicken, 1 stew chicken and 1 curry goat served on rice with cabbage for my family, I was served the bottom of the tray with the gravy being thick curry powder it was really horrible trying to eat that foodAfter completing my order, the lady emptied fresh chicken, into the tray, which should have been done before serving my foodThe food had to be thrown out, my kids didn’t eat, won’t be getting food from that restaurant again. I was so disappointed
I have not had Oxtails in about fifteen years, at least. I have been craving Oxtails for about one and a half years. I just ate an order from this restaurant and it not only satisfied my craving, I have already planned a dinner night with my Goddess and Young Goddess with food from here. Thank you Ranch!!! And the woman whom answered the phone was very pleasant.
The food is consistently good, though I can usually tell when a different chef is in the kitchen. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I also recommend that the owner of the Ranch restaurants consider accepting EBT for food payments, as it could attract a larger customer base.

The attendant, Tanisha, was supper rude. Last time I goto this place.Tanisha needs to be retrained in customer service and how to speak to the customer in a polite manner.You should be FIRED for your poor service.
This restaurant is a charming and cozy spot where you can enjoy delicious Jamaican/Caribbean cuisine. The atmosphere is welcoming and neighborhood-friendly.
The food is old dry nasty I will NEVER go back to this dump again the Mac cheese looked dry as a brick I was so turned off walked right out!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The food lacks flavor, is overpriced, and they misled us about having soup.
