Rancho Corona Authentic Cantina

We found this place as a result of your favorite Mexican restaurant being closed and we were glad we found it everything was excellent. One person at the table has lactose intolerance when they ordered they asked for not dairy when the food arrived there was a small amount of cheese on the refried beans. Well the waiter came back because he realized the mistake and took the food back to have them kitchen fix it we didn't even have to tell him. This place has not disappointed The food was excellent as well as the service was top notch.

I was pleasantly surprised by Rancho Corona restaurant. It's tucked away in a small plaza, but when I walked inside and saw how authentically Mexican everything was, I felt very optimistic about this place. I loved the decor; their chips are homemade and you can really taste the difference. The salsa was delicious too. I ordered street-style Mexican chicken tacos and a Cadillac Margarita, both of which were fantastic. The place was packed, and I can understand why—so far, this is my favorite Mexican food. I loved it!

Overall, the portion size was decent for the price, but the food didn't meet my expectations in terms of preparation. The meat in the enchiladas was overcooked and dry, and the chiles rellenos were particularly disappointing—they were soggy and overly oily (and no, that’s not how they’re supposed to be). I'm hoping it was just an off night, as the rest of the meal was acceptable.

Fantastic option for Mexican cuisine! The vibrant decor creates a lovely atmosphere, and the service is quick and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious. I would recommend skipping the soda, as it has too much ice and not enough soda, but we visited primarily for the food, which we really enjoyed. We will definitely return. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was very good. I ordered chicken starter and it was best. Margaritas were not so great. Service was slow but they were trying to get to us and asking if everything is good. They changed the drink when we mentioned about Margaritas. Overall a good experience and i will go back to this place.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered two types of street tacos. The Al Pastor and the Colorado Beef. Both were excellent but I favored the Al Pastor. They were both worth going back for. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.4.

This restaurant is fantastic! We dine here or order takeout every couple of weeks, and it's always excellent. If you're deciding between this spot and a chain restaurant, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

First visit and it was a great experience. The chairs are wicked cool but really uncomfortable. The nachos were really good.
