As I was about to offer to pay for their water, the manager threw her hands up and said, "Fine, I'll just give it to you." I understand the importance of policies, but she could have explained the situation better, especially given that it was clear the gentleman had special needs. After the couple left, the staff continued to laugh and make jokes about the incident, speaking loudly enough for us to hear at our table. It was truly disheartening to witness such treatment of regular paying customers. Providing a cup of water in foam or plastic containers wouldn't have cost them anything. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and this experience fell short.

Ordered Randy's Burgers and Fries for a work lunch. Called the day before and everyone was so helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Picked it up the next day and it was hot and ready, the staff all helped get it loaded. What a great team and great food! Thank you for making our work lunch a success!

I ordered the single patty cheeseburger topped with mushrooms and jalapeños, and it was fantastic! However, I was surprised by the portion of fries—they included enough for 2 to 3 people! Overall, it was an excellent value and delicious!

Food was quick, and the burger was really delicious, with thick meat. Frys was really good, they give you free peanut while you wait for your food. Love coming here for dinner.

I had an overwhelming amount of meat, and I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. I really enjoyed the flavors from Randy's!
