We had an anniversary dinner. Great American Restaurants restaurants always have been good and this was our first time at Randy’s. The service was good with extra touch; complementary sparkling wine and added desert presentation. Except for the shrimp cocktail (good but not great), we enjoyed the dishes specially the Tomahawk ribeye. We had loaded mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts as sides. The mashed potatoes has been at all of Great American Restaurant restaurants and we wasn’t disappointed. However “loaded” also meant that it was very heavy too. Brussels sprouts were excellent. I absolutely adore the cuisine, the meticulous attention to detail, and the fantastic staff at Randy's Prime. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a delicious meal. Regarding dietary restrictions, I have a severe allergy to peppers, but Randy's Prime and all the GAR restaurants are excellent at accommodating food allergies and sensitivities. I have never encountered any problems dining at Randy's Prime or any other GAR restaurants. In terms of wheelchair accessibility, my Mom uses a wheelchair and we had no trouble at all at Randy's Prime.
I was hoping for a great dining experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. The atmosphere and service were good, but the quality of the blackened prime rib was very disappointing. It was mostly fat, gristle, and bone, making it difficult to find anything edible. I recommend they get better quality steak or sharper knives. Overall, the poor quality made it hard to enjoy the meal. I regret not sending it back, but it wasn't worth the wait for a replacement. I will not be returning.
Came to Randy's to celebrate a Birthday dinner. We arrived for an early dinner with family. We ordered a variety of appetizers. Our server gave us a choice of bottled water plain or sparkling S. Pellegrino). We had both which was quite nice. The bread basket of Cresent rolls. Very buttery and delicious. The food was amazing. There were no condiments on the table other than pink Himalayan salt. The food was seasoned so well no condiments were needed. Service was spot on.

I was initially reluctant to try this restaurant because I was worried about leaving with a high bill and feeling disappointed given the higher price range. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing. The service was friendly, attentive, and prompt. The ambiance was comfortable and clean, creating a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. The chocolate cake was hands down the best I have ever had. I still think about it often.

The food was delicious, especially the well-cooked steak. Although the server seemed inexperienced, they were polite. The restaurant lacked ambiance, making it somewhat forgettable. Overall, I would rate it 4.5 stars for food, 4 stars for service, and 3 stars for atmosphere.
This was my first time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by the large portions. The ribeye was well-seasoned and the side dishes were very tasty. However, we were not expecting the size of the Ultimate Sunday dessert.

Love this place. The service is amazing. The food is well done. Worth the money. Went there to celebrate my retirement. They gave me a cake and candle set up after overhearing I was retiring. They are on top of their game. I love all their restaurants
The food was exceptional. Kitchen must be staffed by highly trained and talented chefs as the dishes would make the top culinary academy proud. The staff was wonderful as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
